How To Ride A Horse: Goofy (1950)

Written by Ralph Wright, the 1950 “How to Ride a Horse” is a short film, originally produced as a segment of “The Reluctant Dragon”.

This original production 'cel' or celluloid would have been used in the original production process after an animators' original drawing was traced onto a sheet of transparent plastic and hand-painted in colour. It would have then been projected in front of a hand-painted background via a multiplane camera to create a minute yet crucial movement in the final film. Now mounted and framed, this piece is the perfect way to add a sophisticated and muted touch of Disney magic to your home. Match with another drawing from our Vintage Disney collection to create a perfect pair.
