Keen mushroom hunter Xue braved the forest both literally and metaphorically for her fairy tale themed collection, which takes traditional children’s stories and gives them a modern twist.

This piece is inspired by Little Red Riding Hood. She adds: “She has sore feet from wearing heels, so she has enlisted help from a wily wolf. However, he hasn’t spotted the hearts she has collected in her basket.”
