At Castle Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your masterpiece. If your artwork isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our dedicated client services team or your local gallery consultant to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repackage the artwork in its original professional-grade crates or boxes to ensure its protection during transit back to our studio.

Schedule Collection

Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for a specialist fine art courier to collect the piece directly from your residence at a convenient time.

Inspection and Refund

After our curators inspect the piece to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
